Why Work at Summer Camp?
Camp IHC is one of the top summer camps in America and we continue to push our boundaries and drive forward. What we are saying is that we are not like a typical summer camp! We have an on-site summer creative team that functions like a small in-house marketing agency. That means you will take a way a lot from this role.
This is a fast moving, dynamic role that will see you working alongside a team of videographers, photographers, writers, graphic designers, podcasters and content creators. Modern digital marketing requires a wide degree of skills-sets that almost feels like 10 jobs rolled into 1. This team will help you learn and develop those skills further, and that will strengthen your applications for future roles.
You will work closely with our Head of Media & Marketing who has a wealth of experience, his leadership style allows for autonomy and to produce creative content with purpose. He will work with you to find your purpose through your work and help take your marketing experience to the next level.
Lastly, you will have opportunities to create content that you can be used on your website, your portfolio, your LinkedIn or other platform.
Studio 18 Manifesto
Born in 2018, Studio 18 started as a name of a room, but it quickly became the official name of our in-house summer camp content production team. Over time the culture of the team became more refined and the Studio 18 Manifesto was born. Studio 18 wanted to change the very definition of what summer camp media content could and should be. When team members come onboard they are bought into the Studio 18 purpose, mission and vision from the get go. We are truly obsessive about pushing the boundaries of summer camp media. This helps set us apart from any other business in our industry. We do not aim to compete, we are simply on an infinite pursuit to create better content than the summer before, and it’s 100% born from nothing but passion and our pathetic love of summer camp.
