Here are some of the additional perks we offer to our Camp IHC staff, making your time with us truly exceptional.

Staff Lounge

In 2020, we built a brand new staff lounge. This is a camper-free zone. The Staff Lounge is a place for you to relax, unwind and recover from the almost non-stop Camp IHC lifestyle!

In the lounge you will be able to access fast Wifi, enjoy our Moka Origins coffee shop, kick back on the sofa’s, grab snacks from the shelves & soda’s from the fridge. We have Apple TV for you to watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Youtube and Live TV on our TV’s & projector. Basically this is the best spot on camp for staff!

It’s important to us that any IHC staff member feels like they have a place to call theirs.

Day Off Credit

Enjoy more adventures all summer long! On staff days off we run buses and mini vans to various off-camp locations so staff don’t have to source or pay for transportation. We will give select destinations, activities and experiences which staff have an input in deciding. Then we give you money towards them!

Yoga Classes

Through-out the summer we will be hosting yoga and flow sessions for our staff so they can relax, recover and rejuvenate.

Travel Reimbursement

We go the extra mile and we offer staff a travel reimbursement allowance to help you get to and from camp.

Fibre-optic Wi-Fi

We installed fast, fibre-optic WiFi so staff in their off-time can make Facetime calls, stream HD content and browse in the internet without lag!

Whilst this might seem like a strange perk, bringing staff from around the world creates a pool of friendships, relationships, networking opportunities and much more.

Staff Cafe Gift Card

Head to our lounge and over the course of the summer we will give you credit to be used in the staff cafe. From fresh coffees and teas to smoothies and protein shakes.

Welcome Party in NYC

We host a welcome pizza party in NYC on several dates that staff arrive there, you will get to meet IHC staff and hang out with them before arriving at camp!

Post-Camp Travel

We partner with camp agencies and travel companies that provide IHC staff discounts for TrekAmerica, Intrepid and more. We also partner with Camp No Counselors to host a post-camp summer event on camp.
