It would be impossible to run a premiere hospitality and event venue without a hard-working and dedicated bar team.
Every day we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, to over 1000 people! That’s over 3000 meals a day! It’s an incredible operation that requires a lot of planning, hard work, effort, talent & teamwork.
As one of largest teams on camp, there are many roles available, including: food servers, washers, chefs, line cooks, bakers, runners, floor managers, food directors, and more! It’s a big operation!

For food service staff the day begins early with the preparation for breakfast. As with most other support staff, you will eat breakfast earlier than the campers. As the day continues, you will help the kitchen function to a high standard. You will help set up for meals, help with food prep, and keep the kitchen and dining areas clean.
When the meals are done after dinner and the kitchen and dining room is reset you will be finished for the day. Food service staff finish much earlier than camp counselors and activity specialists.

The bartending team is around 4-6 staff members.

Our bartender role is dependent on experience. We look for a ‘can do’ attitude.
The positions are great experience for anyone seeking future employment in the hospitality industry.

Yes! Our venue hosts many groups from early May to late September.
If you are interested in staying longer at camp then please speak to us about this when you apply.

Yes. On a regular schedule you will have one period off each day.
You will also have one full day and night off each week. This is your chance to rest, recover and try some new things on camp and explore new places off camp with other staff.
